Everything was perfect! I appreciated that the hotel was huge and perfect little. Had lots of options for breakfast, it was freshly cooked. The bathroom was large & the bedroom was spacious.

Exceptional staff and location, I loved this fancy hotel. Rooms with digital controlled shower and a king bed, for instance. Late check-out was useful.

The hotel is reasonably clean, the room is carpeted, the people are really extremly helpful. Fab location, just a short walk away from Koran Museum. Art Deco style venue with nice furniture in the rooms.

I appreciated the airy room and AMAZINGLY KIND staff. Marvellous view, a big balcony, big bed, too. Very central location, not too far away from Souq. Residential area. Friendly service, excellent restaurant on site. Food was awesome and I have nothing but relaxing memories from this trip.

The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a really quiet area, near to the Prophet's Mosque, the masjid nabawe, Al Haram. Excellent service, although a few employees were terrible. The breakfast had variety of excellent options, and was reasonable.

The room seemed a bit small.

Totally nice experience. The location is ideal and the staff are accommodating. There's variety of restaurants to choose from, like Ennap Restaurant, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

We both liked it, the place is exceptionally friendly and suited us fine. Neat and tidy room plus beautiful bathroom. The view was stunningly beautiful! Absolutely amazing experience there.
